Mumbai, March 26, 2026 (Ram Navami): GHAR KAR successfully hosted the inaugural edition of RACE 2026 – Season 1 (Realty Alliance for Credibility & Excellence), a first-of-its-kind, invite-only real estate gathering, bringing together over 350+ builders, developers, channel partners, associations, and PMC professionals from the Mumbai and Thane region.
Held at Jasmine Hall, Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali West, the full-day event (9:30 AM to 5:00 PM) stood out for its unique, non-sponsored format, offering a collaborative platform focused purely on industry growth, networking, and knowledge exchange. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr Mehul Vithalani, President of Real Estate Agents Association of Kandivali; and the Guest of Honours included, Mr Ganesh Khankar (Municipal Corporator, Leader of the House MCGM), Mr Alpesh Shah (General Secretary, BJP Business Cell), Mr Bhaguram Yashwant Sawant (Media Varta News), and Mr Dilshad S Khan (Mumbai Hulchul).
The event was spearheaded by Mr. Gaurav Trivedi, Founder of GHAR KAR, with design partnership by Mr. Shubham Singhania, Founder of MOOCH Design Studio LLP, and was conceptualized and marketed by Mr. Pawan Chauhan, Founder of Realty Quarter. The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Mehul Vithalani, President of Real Estate Agents Association Kandivali (REAAK), along with Shri Ganesh Khankar, Municipal Corporator (Ward No. 7) and Leader of the House (MCGM, Mumbai).
The agenda featured a mix of industry insights, networking, and cultural experiences. A panel discussion brought together industry experts including Mr. Vimal Jain (JCT Associate Pvt Ltd.), Mr. Rohit Dedhia (Rodium Realty Ltd.), Mr. Nilesh Shah (Urban Frames Pvt. Ltd.), Dr. Ajay L. Dubey (Keshav Estate Consultant) and Mr. Gaurav Trivedi (Ghar Kar), who shared perspectives on innovation, collaboration, and evolving real estate practices. The session was hosted by Mr. Siddhanth Thakur (Realty Quarter).
Knowledge sessions included presentations on online registration processes for developers and channel partners by Prakash Janyani and Bhavesh Tank (Realty Horizon), project funding insights by CA Priyank Shah (CAPFLOW Consulting LLP), and sales communication and problem-solving strategies by Shalini Raghaviah (Pro Maximus).
The event also featured an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding contributors across categories such as Builder/Developer Business, Channel Partner Business, Mandate Partner, Support Excellence, and Emerging Talent. Guests were hosted with breakfast, lunch, and high tea, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the day. The event also saw the presence of several prominent industry members and special guests, including Piyu Kanwar Chohan and actress and model Zaara Khan, among others.
